description for "Winter Squash and Pumpkins: Cucurbita moschata 'Thai Kang Kob'"

Odd looking, colorful fruit characterize 'Thai Kang Kob' pumpkins. This variety sports sea foam green colored skin, which is deeply ribbed and warted and matures to a bland tan color. Despite its appearance, its orange flesh is very sweet and fragrant and can be used in baking or decorating. Additionally, this pumpkin shows a good resistance to squash bugs and other pests. Maturity in 85-110 days. Edited by S. Derr
