description for "Winter Squash and Pumpkins: Cucurbita moschata 'Noob Taub'"

Changing skin color and varying fruit shapes describe 'Noob Taub' winter squash. This rare variety, produces gray/green fruit with distinct white splotches. At maturity, this skin changes to yellow. Additionally, its shape can either be cylindrical or bottle shaped with deep ribbing. Its thick orange flesh is somewhat pale and is best used for baking and not desserts. Maturity in 100-110 days.
