A familiar site for Halloween is 'Howden' pumpkins. This long time favorite, is the traditional carving variety. It sports intense orange colored skin, defined ribs and strong handles for jack-o-lanterns. These pumpkins can reach up to 15 pounds at maturity and each plant tends to produce four to five pumpkins.
