description for "Grains: Sorghum bicolor 'Tunisian'"

Warm, dry weather is ideal for growing 'Tunisian' sorghum. This grain type variety, thrives in hot temperatures and conditions. Its small, olive to brown colored seeds can be ground to make porridge and its compact seeds heads grow on long slender stalks with narrow leaves. A great sorghum choice for Southern regions. Maturity in 100-120 days. Edited by S. Derr
