description for "Cauliflower: Brassica oleracea botrytis 'Snowball Self Blanching'"

Enjoyed by gardeners for over 100 years, is this long time favorite cauliflower. Its large, white colored heads can reach up to 8" in diameter. Surrounding these enormous heads are green leaves which curl upright and self wrap during cool months and unwrap during warmer weather. Maturity in 60 days. Edited by S. Derr
