description for "Grapes: Vitis labrusca 'Niabell'"
Eaten fresh, juiced or made into jellies, are just a few of the ways to enjoy this grape. Its dark purple appearance is similiar to the popular Concord grape but is more cold tolerant and even does well in shade. Once established, this vine can produce medium sized fruit for up to 25 years. Recommended to prune vine hard in Winter. Hardy in zones 7-10. Edited by S. Derr
