Malus domestica 'Roxbury Russet' is an excellent old American cider apple, also good for eating fresh. 'Roxbury Russet' is remarkable for it's amount of sugar. Firm, slightly coarse, yellowish-white flesh. Resistant to scab and cedar apple rust.
