Zea mays 'True Platinum' is one of the few white, open-pollinated sweet corns still available, producing 7-8" ears of tender, succulent kernels with a real corn flavor on a 6' stalk. 'True Platinum' corn is best consumed immediately after picking for maximum sweetness or kept on ice/in cold storage before market. Grows 6' tall. Planting depth: 1 inch. Days to germination: 4-12 days. 75-85 days to maturity.
