Zea mays 'Supai Red Parch' is an excellent parching corn (dry roasted on a skillet) from Seeds of Change co-founder Alan Kapuler and plant breeding collaborator, Carol Deppe. 'Supai Red Parch' kernels display a distinctive starburst pattern on an 8" ear. One or two ears per stalk. Planting depth: 1 inch. Days to germination: 4-12 days. 105-110 days to maturity.
