'Hot Lava' purple coneflower produces beautiful petals of red with deeper red cones. Bloom has lots of petals for a very full look to the flower. 'Hot Lava' has strong stems and makes a great cut flower. Provide full sun and adequate drainage. Shady locations and overfertilization can result in long, weak, leggy growth.
