Summer Garden Phlox 'Prime Minister' produces fragrant white flowers with red eyes. Long blooming - from mid summer into fall. 'Prime MInister' is tall - 3 to 4 feet and makes a wonderful cut flower. Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds. Enjoys full sun - might get leggy in too much shade. Cut to back to 6 inches in the fall.
