While it has various names, Arnica Montana is generally used for medicinal purposes. The fresh or dried flowers can be used as an ointment on the skin. Purported uses range from reducing swelling in joints to use topically for insect bites. It is recommended to check with medical personnel on this herbs' benefits. DO NOT INGEST, ONLY USE TOPICALLY.
