description for "Amaryllis: Hippeastrum 'Eos'"

'Eos', a large-flowering orange amaryllis, is a stunning addition to any room. This easy to force bulb requires just soil, water, and sunlight to produce 9 inch wide trumpet-shaped blossoms borne on 16 inch stems. The average number of stems produced by 'Eos' is two--and that means an extended flower show. The bulb will produce blooms year after year with the proper care. -- edited by dtd pbcouchman
