description for "Perennials: Ligularia przewalskii"

An abundance of color is what you'll see on this amazing Ligularia. Spikes of tall golden yellow flowers are a stunning contrast to deeply toothed foliage and purplish/black stems. This beauty thrives in wet soils and other poor growing conditions. An excellent choice around ponds or other waterways, can be mass planted in the garden as long as the soil is kept moist to wet. Hardy in zones 3-9. Edited by S.Derr
