description for "Scented Geraniums: Pelargonium 'Piña Colada'"
'Piña Colada' scented geranium is a low, spreading plant like 'Coconut', to which it is related. We were totally skeptical when we first saw this cultivar, but it really does smell just like a piña colada. Good for hanging baskets! 'Piña Colada' is a tender perennial. Scented geraniums overwinter outdoors in zones 8-10; should be potted and brought indoors in mid-autumn in colder climates. Plant in full sun in well-drained soil. -- edited by dtd pbcouchman
