description for "Scented Geraniums: Pelargonium (Fragrans Group) 'Fragrans Variegatum'"

'Fragrans Variegatum' scented geranium is similar to the 'Golden Nutmeg' except that this one has irregular gold and white variegation on most leaves, instead of the gold edging. Flowers can either be pale pink or white. This is a great small pot plant! Tender perennial. Overwinters outdoors in zones 8-10; should be potted and brought indoors in mid-autumn in colder climates. Plant in full sun in well-drained soil. -- edited by dtd pbcouchman
