description for "Apples: Malus domestica 'Starkspur® Red Rome Beauty'"
Our 'Red Rome Beauty' has just the right tartness for the best baking ever! But don't let that stop you from intercepting some and enjoying them right off the tree. Usually produces lots of apples just two years after planting. Extra-hardy, they resist bruising too. Ripens mid-October in Zone 5. -- edited by dtd pbcouchman
