description for "Coral Bells: Heuchera 'Raspberry Regal'"

'Raspberry Regal' is a newer variety with stiff wiry stems and strong color, making this a wonderful cut flower. This is one of the finest new coral bells in flower. Some good plants to associate with coral bells include brunnera, shasta daisy, scabiosa, daylily (especially dwarf) and most any plant with a vertical emphasis, such as iris. Although coral bells bloom in late spring, the flowers are usually not nearly as showy as the foliage. Provide partial shade with rich, consistently moist soil that has adequate drainage. Coral bells hate wet feet! Does best in cooler climates. – edited by dtd pbcouchman
