description for "Geraniums: Pelargonium 'Bubblegum'"

'Bubblegum' geranium's single flowers are a stunning dark pink dramatically highlighted by bright magenta-pink centers. Held aloft on thin stems, these flowers are contrasted nicely by the broad, dark green leaves. Due to its excellent branching and compact growth, you'll find that 'Bubblegum' works especially well along the edge of your flower borders or in window boxes. A perennial in warm enough climates; treated as an annual in most American gardens. Plant in well-drained soil in full sun. Once established for the season, it will tolerate temporary periods of drought. -- edited by dtd pbcouchman
