description for "Gingers: Globba Winitii"

Globba Winitii is a compact ginger with fantastic blossoms - the yellow flowers project form purple bracts! The plant grows only 2 ft. tall and doesn't need full sun, so you can grow it on the patio or indoors as a houseplant. The blossoms last for weeks on the plant or in cutflower arrangements. Hardy to zone 9. Commonly called mauve dancing girl ginger.
