description for "Geraniums: Pelargonium 'Peaches'"

'Peaches' geranium has a rich, delicate appearance with peach accents on light to dark salmon fully double flowers. The base color is a dark salmon with lighter salmon coloring at the centers of each petal. Accents of peach throughout the flowers hint at a new color class for zones. 'Peaches' is an excellent garden performer with very good heat tolerance and medium growth habit. A perennial in warm enough climates; treated as an annual in most American gardens. Plant in well-drained soil in full sun. Once established for the season, it will tolerate temporary periods of drought. -- edited by dtd pbcouchman
