How long does it take?

  • 7-10 months to maturity if planted by May or June.
  • Harvesting should peak December- February

How do I cut or pick it?

  • The sprouts will come from the bottom of the plant first.  Cut or snap off the stem when they are 1" in diameter or less.

Eat it!

  • There are many ways to eat Brussels Sprouts but the best way is to coats with a little olive oil, salt and pepper and roast in the oven at 350 degrees until the edges are browned.
