Rose, Miniature, "Angel Wings"

Prep Time: 5 mins

Done in: 1 hour

2 cups - rose petals washed and dried

1 cup - honey

STEP 1:

  • Combine 2 cups of prepared rose petals with one cup of light mild honey in a heavy saucepan
  • Heat very slowly uncovered just until the honey becomes liquid.

STEP 2:

  • Keep the mixture at the lowest possible heat to steep together for about an hour
  • Let cool completely.

STEP 3:

  • Strain out the rose petals by pouring through a sieve
  • Seal the honey until ready to use.
