ROSE VINEGAR

Rose, Miniature, "Angel Wings"
Prep Time: 5 mins
Done in: 1 week
3 cups - rose petals washed and dried
4 cups - unseasoned rice wine vinegar
Step 1:
- Add 3 cups of deeply colored red rose petals to 4 cups of hot unseasoned rice wine vinegar.
Step 2:
- Pour into a non-metal container and steep out of direct light for a week.
Step 3:
- Strain out the petals and rebottle in pretty bottles to use for fruit and citrus salads and to season chicken salad for sandwiches.
