DILLED RADISH DIP

Garden shopping list: dill, garlic, radishes, nasturtium, calendula

INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup finely chopped radishes

GARNISH:
nasturtium or calendula blossoms, or more sliced radishes

STEP 1:

  • Combine all ingredients well.

STEP 2:

  • Refrigerate for several hours before serving with crackers, chips, or vegetable strips.

STEP 3:

  • Garnish with nasturium or calendula flowers or sliced radishes.

Makes about 2 cups
