I grow tomatoes in pots, always plant a bell pepper & basil, they get along great.

If you have two beds, its probably a good idea to plant veggies in the same family in one bed so that you can rotate crop locations next year. So, put the tomatoes, eggplant, peppers one one side and the cucs, okra and squash in the other.
